Jacob undertook a major remodel project for us at our 120 year old farmhouse. He had to take rooms back down to original framing and beef up what had no longer up to code. He took down load bearing walls, opening up the spaces. Lots of unexpected surprises along the way which he handled with ease and knowledge. He handled all the structural changes, as well as the cosmetic, including drywall, wood plank ceilings, installing new windows and siding. He understood our vision and brought it to life. Very easy to work with! He was there every day when he said he would be and stayed on schedule! Would highly recommend him for your next project!!!

Outstanding experience from start to finish! Our contractor completed three different steps/deck projects for our home, and everything was done up to code and with great attention to detail. Absolutely loved my experience with him. He was on time every morning, extremely respectful and kind.
I enjoyed the fact it was just him and not a bunch of people in my home! I had a bathroom remodeled, and I couldn’t be more pleased with what he created. His tile laying was excellent! He also installed my vanity!
Will definitely have him back for every one of my projects.
